Shipping Policy
Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
- You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
- All orders are signed for.
- If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please email us at contact@sauvmaison.co.uk
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact@sauvmaison.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.
EU COUNTRIES
Following Brexit, all orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Unfortunately, this is a direct consequence of new trade regulations and is beyond our control.
USA
Customers are responsible for any U.S. duties, taxes, or fees required under U.S. law. These charges are not included at checkout and are typically collected at the time of delivery by U.S. customs. As rates vary by location, we suggest contacting your local customs office or carrier for an accurate estimate.
If a delivery is refused, your package will be returned to us. Please note: couriers charge a return fee, which will be passed on to the customer. If we do not receive instructions from the customer, the parcel may be marked as abandoned and disposed of. In this case, no refund will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping cost of any items.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected upon delivery.
These charges are not shown at checkout and are determined by the customs authority in the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these fees, as they vary widely. Please contact your local customs office or delivery carrier for guidance.
Should the recipient refuse delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note couriers charge a returns fee, which must be covered by the customer. If no instructions are provided, the parcel may be classified as abandoned and destroyed. In that case, no refund will be issued.

SECURE DELIVERY & SHIPPING DELIVERY LIABILITY
To help guarantee that your order arrives without issue, we recommend selecting a safe delivery address or arranging for someone to accept the parcel in person.
Our delivery carriers provide customers with tracking status (in-transit, out for delivery, delivered) via the tracking link from the carrier. Once carriers have confirmed a delivered update, SauvMaison's responsibility for the shipment ends. We cannot be held accountable for parcels that are misplaced or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your package is taken from your residence or building after it has been delivered, please reach out to your property manager or local law enforcement to address the matter.
