Refund Policy

Refunds will be permitted during a 14 day returns period. SauvMaison garments should be returned new, unworn, unwashed, free from all make-up, stains, smells with all labels, ribbon and tags still attached to the garment. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

If your item does not satisfy the requirements outlined above, the return request will be declined and the product will be shipped back to you. Alternatively, we may approve the return; however, SauvMaison reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 35% of the item’s value and any shipping, taxes and duties. Please make sure that any returned products comply fully with all of the conditions stated in our refund policy.

Once your return has been approved, please process your return via the instructions sent in our email.

 

Need A Different Size?

Oversell

From time to time our system will oversell an item and if we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you and notify you by email.


Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 working days for your refund. Once your return is received and passes quality control, this can take up to 7 working days. You will receive a notification when the refund has been issued.

 

Customised Items

Given that these garments are customised, it is not possible to return them. Moreover, it is not possible to cancel purchases of items that have been customised in any way.

 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
